Payment: Our office does not accept insurance, but we are happy to provide documentation of services rendered upon request. We accept cash, credit, check, or Zelle payments. 

Driving Directions: Long Island Expressway to exit 36 - Searingtown Rd. Make left at light going north; take all the way down past Northern Blvd. at which point the street changes its name to Port Washington Blvd. continue on this road past Main St. for 1.25 miles and make a left turn onto Rockwood Ave. We are located one block down on the right hand side right next door to Uncle Buck's Deli and across from Daly Elementary School.
